ANTIQUE GERMAN STONEWARE LIDDED BEER STEIN MUG MARKED P – GERMAN PHRASE. Ed for Sale is this AMAZING Antique German Stoneware Beer Stein. The only marking I can find is a stamped P on the bottom. The stein has a German phrase on the front which I have only partially been able to decipher (will leave the translation to the viewer for fear of getting it wrong). This early stein is in amazing condition and would make a Great Addition to any Breweriana Collection. Condition: – Good to Very Good Condition. I find very few imperfections on this stein. There are some “age lines – splitting” where the handle attaches to the body of the stein. There are some minor decoration losses scattered throughout. The lid is in excellent condition.
