Antique German Military Regimental Beer Stein w/Prizm Lid 10. Description: Original regimental (Reservisten) stein. Made of hard porcelain with lithopane in the bottom showing a tavern scene. The front panel shows a view of the town of Ingolstadt with soldier’s paraphernalia and military banners. The side panels are showing hand-painted over transfer scenes from soldiers’ life. The stein has massive pewter lid with a glass prizm on top and hand-painted scene of soldiers drinking and dancing in a tavern. The thumblift shows Rampant Royal Bavarian lion – the Bavarian Coat-of-Arms. The stein is 9 tall 0.5 L capacity. Excellent condition with some paint wear and no damage or repairs.
