This lovely stein is sculpted with thick pottery walls and painted by hand with a very detailed figural scene along with symbols and scrolls written in German. It has a matching convexed pottery lid trimmed in pewter along with a pewter hinge that is mounted to the stein handle. It’s marked underneath, inside the handle, and in good used antique condition.
