This is a nice lidded German beer stein (see photos). The stein has a Pewter metal lid. The item is made with a lithopane bottom with a man’s image that can be seen when held up to a light. The item is marked on the underside of the base. The marks look to be Meissen crossed swords (see photos). The item measures about 6 and 3/8ths inches high in total and it is about 4 inches wide at the base of the mug. This item has some scuffs and some bends to the metal lid (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice German beer stein to add to your collection.
