Notice – Through June 10. This listing is for a VERY RARE Gerz, Gerzit 12 Apostles Beer Stein that is in excellent condition. It is 1.2 liter, a very large and heavy collector’s piece featuring all 12 apostles and Jesus in the center, on the attached pewter body ring. It was manufactured in Sessenbach by Gerz GmbH. It has a flamed tan/brown finish, a valuable solid pewter lid that is marked “Gerz 94% Zinn” and marked W. Germany Original GERZIT GERZ on the bottom of the mug. This modern “Gerzit” ink stamp was used between 1960 – 1990. It is in excellent condition with no visible wear. Size: Approximately 8 1/2″ tall and the bottom is 5 1/8″ wide. The opening under the lid is 3 3/4. It is very heavy; approximately 3 1/2 pounds. Would make a great addition to any stein collector.
