Mettlach Ant Etched German Inlaid Lidded Beer Stein – Musician On Nile #1132. Great Mettlach stein in excellent condition, with inset porcelain disk in lid. Nicely inlaid clays show find detail. Musician on the Nile’ is it’s title, and the translation of the lid is as follows. Wonderfully executed stein decorated with violin player, Egyptian pyramids, and a big dancing crocodile.
