The body and lid are in nearly mint condition. The lid is quite interesting in that, besides the Imperial Eagle thumblift with clear stanhope and substantial writing around the front and side, there is a a screw fuse lid! Finally, the body has a lot going on. The central image displays both Artillery and Cavalry… The 2 side scenes include more artillerymen and cavalry! The stein is named to a Reservist Ochlmann who served his three years from 1906 to 1908. A iconic of the iconic and ever present phrases on this particular stein (and translated to English).
