Antique German Blown Stone Cut Glass Beer Stein w/Inlaid Lid and Gnome Thumblift c. This beautiful antique beer stein was made around the late 1870s – early 1880s of hand-blown glass with pedestal and applied handle It is decorated with stone-cut vertical facets creating wonderful optical effect. The pewter lid has a matching steeple cut-glass inlay and the thumblift in the form of a gnome holding a beer pitcher in each hand. The stein is in excellent flawless condition.
