Antique beer stein with lithopane. I think they are referring to regiment 21. Some fading on porcelain and pewter lid missing the top. Check out my other beer steins.

” Student Society Stein “. German ceramic, transfer & hand-painted, 1/2 L, pewter lid. Schauer – body dated 1891/1892. Condition and Description: Overall in very good condition, only minor condition issues of note: minimal wear, pewter strap is loose so lid has some play but sits perfectly flush when left at rest & pewter tear repair where tang meets lid (pewter tear repair shown in last pic – exactly as pictured). Oh and the thumblift is a crowned lion holding a shield. Height: 7.6 tall from base to top of thumblift. Width: 3.85 at the base. This beautiful antique beer stein was made around the late 1870s – early 1880s of hand-blown glass with pedestal and applied handle It is decorated with stone-cut vertical facets creating wonderful optical effect. The pewter lid has a matching steeple cut-glass inlay and the thumblift in the form of a gnome holding a beer pitcher in each hand. The stein is in excellent flawless condition. Condition and Description: Overall an excellent condition specimen, visually mint (some very minor browning in interior, exactly as pictured). Antique, Circia 1920. Bavarian Pewter Beer Stein with German Relief Artwork
Circa 1920 Bavarian Pewter Beer Stein with German Relief Artwork, Made In Germany. Minor ding on lid. Minor crack on thumb piece. Angel and Balance Makers Mark on bottom (for authenticity). I’ve only been able to find 4 others online period, 3 others identical to mine with just the differences of dings and tarnishing. I’m offering mine for much less due to the fact there is a very minor age crack starting on the thump piece (in the pictures) and a little bit of a bend on the top front lip of the lid in the pictures.
