1945 RARE 83rd Infantry Division Thunderbolts WW2 Beer Stein Vilshofen Gilbert
No physical damage chips, cracks, or lines. This very rare or maybe one of a kind themed stein is part of the history of the 83rd Infantry Division during WW2 in Vilshofen, Bavaria, Germany. Glaze over the custom graphic is darkening with age. Normal stoneware production flaws expected with production techniques of the time.

Old pewter repair where tang meets the lid as photographed. Pewter lid is engraved with reservist name and years 1910/12 Normal production flaws consistent with age and production technics.

Impressive c1880s German Cut Glass Crystal Pewter Lid 1.5L Andvari Gnome Stein. Presented is an impressive antique German cut glass crystal stein or pitcher, with pewter mounts. The body of the stein is heavy weight cut glass in a ten sided, paneled design. The stein stands on a round foot with a star design cut into the bottom. The handle, thumbpiece and bottom of the lid are pewter, well made and sturdy. The thumbpiece is done in the form of a charming little gnome figure (the gnome king Andvari, in fact) sat astride a beer barrel, arms raised in a most celebratory fashion with a beer stein in one hand and what looks to be a turnip in the other. The stein has a capacity of 1.5 liters, or 50.7 fluid ounces. This piece is in excellent condition. The glass has no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. The pewter lid and handle are in great shape, with no breaks or repairs. Antique German engraved cut ruby glass beer stein, dated 1877 Bohemian w lid
Beautiful piece that displays very well, has some minor flaws. Small chip in the glass lid near the edge. There is an impact mark or surface chip just right of the bottom handle joint. There is a small flake/chip on the bottom edge of one of the side panels. Lid fits squarely and looks nice but is a bit’loose’ when open. There are two flea bite chips on the top rim, otherwise it is smooth. Expected shelf wear and scratching on the bottom. Looks great on the shelf, no cracks, no repairs or modifications. Charming Pair German Porcelain Beer Steins Lidded Reinhold Hanke Bowling Pin
Presented is a pair of German pottery beer steins by Reinhold Hanke. This pair has a bowling pin shape which matches the bowling scene displayed on the side of the steins. In the scene, you can see bowling pins crashing to the left of a young boy. The steins have a wood grain finish. There is a pewter metal rim on the lid that attaches to a pewter thumb-lift. These steins hold a 1/2 liter. This pair is marked on the underside with “Germany” and the mold number 1134. They are also each marked 1/2 L on the side next to the thumb-lift. The steins are in great condition. There are only minor scuffs to the paint. The insides are clean and ready for use. There are no breaks and no repairs. Charming mid 1800s German Faience Beer Stein 1L Rearing Horse Scene Pewter Lid. Presented is a charming antique German lidded beer stein, dating to the mid 1800s. This stein is white glazed faience pottery, with a colorful scene on the front of a rearing horse over a hill, against a blue sky, all done in a charmingly stylized yet distinct style. The lid and foot rim are pewter. This stein has a generous capacity of a full liter (1000 milliliters/33.8 fluid ounces), with plenty of headspace for foam. This piece is in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. The underside of the stein is signed with incised initials that look like KZ. Inside the lid are the letter IH (or HI, depending on orientation). The stein stands about 9 5/8 inches to the top of the lid and measures about 5 1/8 inches in diameter at the base, or about 7 ½ inches from the handle to the front.
